Hi, I’m Jane - a Nutritional Therapist with years of experience in recipe development and health-focused catering.
In my practice, I combine science-backed nutritional research with a practical, food-first approach to help you feel your best - whether you're managing ongoing symptoms or simply wanting to build healthier habits.
My love of cooking began in my early 20s, inspired by Jamie Oliver’s recipes, and I began to experiment with new ingredients and flavours. In my 30s, while juggling family life and a career in PR, I co-founded a pop-up dining company, Beat, hosting events for up to 250 guests. A few years later, I launched my health-focused catering business, Jane Lawson Loves, creating vibrant vegetarian and vegan dishes for private clients, yoga retreats, film crews, and supper clubs. My cooking was rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean influences - always colourful, veg-packed, and rich in fresh herbs and spices.
Although I knew how to build a healthy plate, my curiosity about the science behind nutrition led me to study for a Postgraduate Diploma in Personalised Nutrition (taught at Masters Level 7) and a clinical training Diploma in Personalised Nutrition Practice at CNELM in 2021. These courses were rooted in scientific research, exploring how conditions and symptoms develop and focusing on evidence-based strategies to address them through personalised diet and lifestyle changes.
Now my goal is to use my knowledge of nutritional science to help you understand your body and make informed, sustainable changes that support your long-term health.
