The Personalised Nutrition Approach
There’s no single way of eating that works for everyone. Your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, food preferences and goals are individual to you, so the advice you receive should be too.
When we work together, I take the time to build a detailed picture of what’s going on. I look closely at your diet alongside your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and any relevant test results, considering how these different factors may be connected rather than looking at one symptom in isolation.
From there, we identify where changes could be most useful and turn them into a clear, personalised plan. This might include changes to what or how you eat, alongside practical support with sleep, movement or stress. Where appropriate, I may also recommend nutritional supplements or further testing.
The aim isn’t to change everything at once. We’ll focus on the things that are most relevant to you and find realistic ways to put them into practice, adjusting the plan as we learn more about what works for you.
It’s a collaborative process. I’ll explain the thinking behind my recommendations so you understand not just what you’re doing, but why. Together, we’ll build an approach that feels manageable and can become part of everyday life.
Nutritional therapy does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and is not a substitute for medical care. Where appropriate, I’ll encourage you to speak to your GP or another healthcare professional.
