Hi, I’m Jane - a registered Nutritional Therapist (PGDip, mBANT, CNHC) with a background in recipe development and health-focused catering.

My love of cooking began in my twenties, inspired by Jamie Oliver’s vibrant flavours and relaxed style. I soon developed a passion for colourful, vegetable-rich dishes and still enjoy cooking with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern ingredients, using plenty of fresh herbs and spices.

While juggling a young family and a career in PR, I co-founded the pop-up dining company Beat and later launched Jane Lawson Loves, a health-focused catering business serving private clients, yoga retreats, film crews, and supper clubs.

Curious about the science behind nutrition, I later earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Personalised Nutrition (Masters Level 7) and a Diploma in Personalised Nutrition Practice from CNELM. This evidence-based training, grounded in the latest research, explored the development of conditions and symptoms, and how personalised diet and lifestyle changes can positively impact health.
