Personalised nutrition begins with a clear picture of your health, lifestyle and goals.
From there, I develop recommendations shaped around your individual needs, considering your symptoms, health history, daily habits and priorities. Grounded in current scientific research, this approach looks at how the body’s systems—digestive, hormonal, immune, nervous, cardiovascular and more—interact and influence one another.
Rather than focusing on individual symptoms, I consider potential imbalances across these systems that may affect your overall wellbeing. Your plan may include tailored dietary guidance, lifestyle adjustments and, where appropriate, functional testing or targeted nutritional supplements. Sleep, movement and stress management are also part of this whole-person perspective.
Nutritional therapy does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It complements conventional healthcare, and I always encourage clients to seek medical advice when needed.
